I have Asus N56JN-MH71 notebook running Windows 10. I connect the notebook to my home network using WIFI. I have Verizon FIOS. Yesterday morning, I couldn't watch a TV show on my notebook using Amazon Prime. The WIFI icon shows two bars. I thought that my cable modem is too far away because it is in my bedroom on the second floor at one end of my house and I use the notebook in the kitchen on the first floor at other end. My house is about 50 feet long. How can I troubleshoot the problem and see if the problem is caused by my notebook or website or FIOS?
