So you want an X4, DDR, and a board for under 100$ ???

If that is correct then no! It is not possible. Not even used I'm afraid:( Doubt you could put together a Sempron single core rig for under 100$

    AMD Sempron 130 Sargas 2.6GHz Socket AM3 45W Single-Core Desktop Processor SDX130HBK12GQ - OEM $29.99

Open Box: MSI 760GM-P33 AM3 AMD 760G Micro ATX AMD Motherboard $36.99

    Mushkin Enhanced Essentials 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model 996586 $39.99

    $106

That's the least expensive AMD rig I could build and thats very low end, still can't get down to $100

You definitely need to find a way to get more money. The cheapest retail quad core costs $99.99 as is:

The cheapest quad core is $83.99 and that's the Athlon II 630.

So no, unless you're willing to shell out more cash, it's almost an impossible endeavour.

it's simply a 200 MHz faster version of the 640. It's really a mislabelled "Athlon II 650" if there was such a CPU.

It's yard sale season, you are better off going to all of them you can and checking out PCs there. Maybe you'll stumble upon a broken HP from 2007 or 2008 that the person didn't want to fix, with a dual or tri-core AMD

Or you could just buy a new motherboard only?
