Hello fellow guru's, I live down south and I need an awning for my back deck. Does anyone have any experience with these devices? I am looking for a 16' x 10' to cover a good chunk of space; it needs to be retractable, and cost no more than $1500. I would like to know which company to go with or any pitfalls to steer clear of. As of right now I've been looking at Beauty-Mark and AWNTECH. Thanks, VolkNasty
