Today, when I press the power button, the laptop got power but the screen is blank. My HDD light never even blink once. I tried on and off the power but it still nuthing. But after an hour, it got alive and I can use it normally. But when I off it and on it again, it got blank and the HDD light doesnt blink even once. But when I on it again, it was ok. What happen to my laptop? It is has to do with the CMOS thing? or other problems? Also, I found that my laptop is kinda too slow. It has P4 2Ghz and 256MB RAM running on WinXP HE. Is there anything that effect my performance? I checked my fragmentation and it is as low as 3%. Thankz...
Do you still have the warrenty? I would call sony first because if you open it and clear the cmos (doubt thats the problem) then that will void the warrenty.
