Need help, girlfriend is lying to me about citizenship in usa!!! where do i go!?

If you are convinced that you love here and not just her booty/bank account then you should tell her that it doesn't matter if she's 42 and has kids (because that really isn't the issue), just tell her that she needs to tell you the truth. If she won't tell you the truth then you have no reason to stay and every reason to run as fast as you can.

 

Well ok this is just weird. So today she makes a video call from her apple notebook, and comes to me. Her mom is on the other side. Her mom tried to show me the other birth certificate thru the chat but it didn't come out. Later it was emailed, and the birthday she says is there....

then her mom puts on her supposed "kids" and they all tell me they are her cousins and why would they all lie?

Basically the jist seems to be that they tweaked the years on her stuff, and also her good friend showed me papers as well. He says hes 35 but his papers say hes 40! 5 years off?

It confuses the hell out of me how someone could have a fake birthday where they are older than is said, and think that it will be ok forever? Personally I don't get it, but it doesn't matter I suppose.

The fact I have her entire family telling me this, her friend showing me that hes not even the right age... must be something they do I don't know.

Either way she is a good girlfriend, but this issue has just been looming so things have been rough...

It would depend on HOW she got into the states in the first place. Back in 2000 I would assume that it was much easier to get into the states compared to now.

So do you know how she got there? Work right? Then if she faked her paperwork just to work in that company then it would be plausible lol

Dude. Why would they lie? they would lie because she's earning good money in the States. Seems like you're making excuses for her. The thing is she's been with you for... actually, how long have you 2 been together? not sure you mentioned that. anyway, she's been lying to you and I can't imagine being in a relationship with someone who's lied to me about important things like that.

 

Being raised here with lots of Filipinos and many as friends to this day, lots of them know how to work the system to perfection. I think Mac Arthur got them a clause to help them, no lie, in a smaller way they're still a commonwealth of the US.

This is not a dig at the Filipino people, I believe the Filipinos are as hard working and loyal to this country as any American.The Philippines should be a state.

 

Yeah, she needs to be given an ultimatum, come clean. She needs to be given a some sort of emotional shock, some sense that she might lose you - it will force her to act immediately and come clean on the spot. I can understand it is all confusing you.. it might be the whole family playing together and pretending, mainly her mother then helping her out with this.

As I said, please take time to read through my previous post. As they might be all doing this just to prove that she is younger - out of fear that you might reject her and not accept it or whatever, because we are talking about US citizenship here, are we? I hope for the best anyways.

 

Haven't read the whole thread, but it sounds like she is trying to move her children back with her husband from there.

 

i dont see what the issue is, she has a driving license which says shes 42 but she says shes 32. She apparently has 3 children but she says she doesnt and theyre her cousins.

Does she look 32? if so and she really is 42 then who cares if she still looks hot. The only thing you should be concerned about is if you love her would you want kids with her and if shes that old it may not be possible.

If she has 3 kids already but others are looking after them then how does that affect you? if all of a sudden they moved in then yes i would understand,

I would figure she is 42, has the 3 kids but wants someone without the burden of 3 kids.

If it was me i would ask what the f*** is going on, if i didnt get the truth and proof it would be over. That i think is your only issue.

 

The way it sounds to me she has assumed the identity of her aunt to obtain a workvisa/job. She may have something in her past which prevented her from obtaining one using her own identity. Her 'ie' children are really her cousins.

Any way I would sit down with her I tell her you really want/need to know the whole truth now.
If the story doesn't make sense, it's probably not true. You can take it from there.

You didn't find anything in the safe to indicate she may have had a penis at one time...Right?

 

Oh trust me I looked for any penis evidence. None exists and after having sex more times than a roach breaches in its entire life with her i'm positive shes not.

Either that or she's had the best surgery i've ever seen and this doctor needs some kind of award..

But back on subject. Yea you know there is definantly something I don't know. She tells me she was young and stupid and agreed to this with her mom.

The thing is I have no idea what is going on, or what I can possibly do to persue my own avenues of truth. I never thought I would go out with a girl from another country, at least not one that I thought would have all this bull**** baggage.

I mean everyone here brings up good points. One of them being she possibly assumed her aunts identity, but then if her aunt had done all this college and etc why wouldn't she just get over here and make the 6 figure salary her damned self and live the good life? :bang:

I've been with her for a year, and i'm just not sure what to make of it. Last name after I just threw the damn safe on her bed and ripped out every document she was still defensive. At first I played it off as if I was able to get some kind of information online...

There has got to be more than I know. Hell there is even papers from a lawyer who sent her "husband" divorce papers to be signed. Whether or not the guy exists or whatever I have no idea.

The only one who knows the truth, but how you could never slip I'm not sure... if she really isn't this person who she claims she is, well then, she could be anyone! An ex crackhead, hooker, etc... from her country. Certainly doesn't seem that way but i'm taking anything into consideration.

If you're going to go as far as changing ur birthday, college information? etc. then I mean come on.

The best is tht she has all this college **** dated from 1989 and such... if she's 32, she would have been 18. Who the heck can get into college at 16? There are more things that are off than a wooley mammoth... and for all I know her mom grabbed some of stuff changed the info and took the picture and emailed it... it was good quality, didn't look messed with, but who the heck knows... she has all this other crap that looks totally legit plus she "divorced" her husband whom she claims is not either real or who she isn't married to... I mean if none of this crap is true, and shes been lying, wouldn't she be instantly deported or arrested and jailed?

That also came up yesterday and I kinda threatened her and said I wonder what immigration services would think of all this if it were a big lie???? :bang:

Maybe not so smart, but I did, and then she was like f* you, you live in my house I don't care if you pay or not I'll kick you a* out tomorrow. I said yea yea whatever you say. Then later on it calmed down, but she kept saying yea well see, nothing will happen to me!

I just do not freaking get it!!! I don't, and if anyone here is a filipino please chime in and let me know if you have heard of this.

Heck I don't want to report her nor would I, but I just want the truth, I believe I deserve that much for someone who says and is told they are loved everyday... doesn't make sense. If you care for someone you don't lie, and if you did you come clean if you're serious about that person... not vice versa.. at least my opinion. :banana:

It seems a hot body and your one year live-in relationship may be more important to you than everything that a strong relationship is even built on. Someone else that posted in here said it right, you aren't looking for advice but are riding the river of denial looking for confirmation of what you already know to be true. If you waste more time with this lying bimbo, you deserve the pain that comes to you as a result.

nah not in denial guys. Just wondering why so many people would say the same thing... ya know to me and I guess to anyone else who is rational it doesn't really make sense. It's kind of as if this artificial non-existant person was created, because there is no way to make a person in any way I know 10 years old than they are and be able to alter their school records, and alter them at the school where they are kept.

Sorry if i'm not like you guys and i'm not going to make a decision without knowing all the facts... so to be fair i'm on both sides. I've seen the bad, i've seen some of the good... guess i'd like to know if anyone has ever heard or done this kind of thing before. :bang:

I'm guessing this has been said multiple times but... talk to her about it? Show her the stuff you found and get to the truth. Its the only option.
