Hi guys, updated my rig about a year ago thanks to you kind chaps on here and im very happy with it.

Now i am thinking of upgrading my monitor.

    I currently have a BENQ g2420hdbl, 24"

Its years old and works very well, great picture to, my only gripe with it is the viewing angles, i love to get everything set up right, and you only have to move up or down a tad and the gamma changes as you viewing, always annoyed me this.

So im thinking of going to a 27" maybe a 32", but only want to game in 1080p, dont think my machine would handle any higher.

    Ryzen 5 1600 and a geforce 1050ti

Budget is about £350 give or take, any ideas on what to go for?

was thinking this Samsung LC32JG52QQUXEN 32-Inch Curved or the 27" ?

Performance impact between 1080p and 1440p isn't that huge, so I would go with a new 1440p

Maybe consider getting Freesync 144hz HD monitor.
Nvidia started supporting freesync panels and your 1050ti can take advantage of it. Should be smoother experience.

    Compare panels like VG248QE 24 or AOC G2460PF 24.

1440p is also fun, but I wouldn't recommend it unless you willing to lower video settings to "medium" for smooth gaming experience.

God no id rather play in 1080p max settings. Is a 32" to big for that res?. Maybe 27?

27 is the limit imo. You will literally see pixels at larger panel.

Usually gaming panels with fast refresh rate are 24.

For 60 fps target, 1440p is not bad. If you into slow paced games.
