I would love to add you guys as a friend. However, I have yet to find the add a friend option anywhere. I have looked allover autolog and have not seen the option at all.

Well, I finally figured out how to add a friend. Now, however, it is telling Mr_Bigtime persona is not found. I typed it in 10 times and it made no difference. :bang:

I have a good way to record 1080p video now. Put the game on 1080p first, capture with FRAPS on 30fps. Have about 10gb free for 5 minute of video. It creates 4gb files. Convert those files with ATI Video Convertor, it goes 10x faster than Microsoft Expression Encoder 4. If you made MP4 h264 files with ATI Video Convertor you need to merge/join them, which can be done with Avidemux without reencoding.

ATI Video Conversion 10gb - about 5 minutes
Avidemux merge - about 20 seconds

    Result: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8UeACd3j8l4&hd=1

Bad way to do it is with Microsoft Expression Encoder 4 which takes 30 minutes on my cpu :) Also, if you're going with MEE4, then put audio on stereo 192 instead of 5.1, it fixes the audio.

so u use FULL method to capture the video? i use HALF. because if i use FULL, my game starts to stutter even 60 FPS...i even record video to an external HDD but still same..it always stutter.

And can i ise that ATI VÄ°deo COnverter too?

well, i use virtualdub for this :)

Has anyone noticed how poor the photos look like when taken from the in-game option. They have no AA added and are output at a console-esque 1280x720 rather than the native resolution you're playing at. Being a lower resolution they should look slightly AAed due to the downsampling but whatever method Criterion is using here just degrades the image IMO.

Looks like NVIDIA on the case for adding AA to this game according to this post *here*. Good news I think.

We will have to see how the ping goes. However, at least the wall times will be available for each race.

Oh yeah, I think I found a "Just one more try" or "Just one more" game in NFSHP. :)

racing online wont be a problem, as the time is according to each racer, not the host. if ping is high like yesterday i saw biggy's car floating and teleporting :p

Some nice racing then dude, appears though something is up with this game.... it keeps randomly minimizing to desktop, and then when i maximize the window again the car randomly goes about 500 mph for like 3 secs and forces me to crash O.O

Noticed a minor "unimportant" bug aswell..
Turn lights off, and use NOS.. You'll still see the light behind the car.. Atleast works with a MB AMG, didn't try with others..

Anyways, I expected more from the game.. Looks like a beta Burnout Paradise with a little bit better graphics..
Guess they'd did alot better if they named it Burnout Paradise 2, and added some jumps, junkyards, online challenges, etc. to it..

But, since I hated the last NFS games, I guess they're going the right direction with this.. Although it doesn't deserve the "Hot Pursuit" name..

p.s. Online Autolog still doesn't work for me. Even with completely turned off software and router firewalls... Says connecting for a second, then goes to offline mode..
