"Unigine fatal error D3D11AppWindow::do_swap():device removed" Is a known issue with Unigine. I assume that's what he's referring to.

When I use two moniors on driver 10.3
    the GPU = 400 MEM=1000

    but

when i turn the second monitor off
    the GPU=157 MEM=300

    now using THIS DRIVER
    even on one moonitor
    the GPU=400 MEM=1000

and really thats not we call powersaving... and too hot for my 5870

i am not going to pay more powerbills because am surfing or on desktop!
because i assume when the gpu and mem runing that high it will need more Volts!

not a good way of fixing things ATI.

Everyone knew for a long time that ATI lowered the clocks far too much for powersaving which had been the cause of the following problems:

    Gray screens
    Poor 2d performance
Flickering when overclocking on 2nd monitor

So their settings the clocks to where they should have been in the first place. 400/1000 is too hot? lol ok, and the voltage will likely be the same so little difference anyway.

Driver puts 1k to my vantage score.

The minimal frame of the Crysis WH Benchmark(4x AA 1680*1050 Ent. DX10) jumped to 38 FPS.

Has anyone tested 2d performance with these? was wondering if they have the supposed 10.4 fix

I just did clean install again and clock are back to normal(157/300). Thought i had to run driver cleaner in save mod.

i like these drivers but seem to have powerplay bug.

dunno it's wierd. gpu1 seems to stay @850/1200 wheras gpu2 downclocks for 2d...

however gpu1 is around 28c and gpu2 around 35c which is kinda normal. therefore do i need to worry? well i dont like ab showing gpu 1 at being at 850/1200.

no games issues and i get the feel performance went up. saw 150fps in napoleon tw which is a first...

Ehmmm, weird that he does not know from where this driver come from.... anyway, most of us (including me) are enjoying this driver.

Additional Monitors need to be disabled in CCC not just turned off at the monitor in order to reduce the clocks in 2D to 157 core 300 memory.

The specifications of the cards always had higher speeds for using multi monitors its just that the driver before wasn't working as intended. The driver as it is now is working.

I still get the 0x00000101 BSOD, so im going back to 10.1´s as they are the last driver to work for me with Xfire enabled. If I would remove one of my ATI cards, my system would propably be stable with these drivers as well? I dont know what ATI have done with the last 2-3 sets of drivers, but they just wont work well on my system when in crossfire mode?:(

Loads of review sites were testing 10.3a recently in crossfire for the fermi release without reported issues so its more likely a problem at your end than a problem with the drivers.

Perhaps its the combination of the Nvidia Physx card with the new drivers?

If you havn't reinstalled yet its probably time to try that because the new drivers are a lot faster than the 10.1's.

I must say these are sweet drivers. Flashing textures are gone in BFBC2 and i am able to set AF x16 now and my 2 4850 can still drive my 1920X1200 screen. Love it.

Those are not fake drivers. I think CatalystMaker said that because someone stole it or someone from testers share it, and those drivers should be surprise for everyone.
p.S But those drivers beta so don't think that they will rock xD
