My new 890GX Setup's SSD performance.

    Hey guys..

    Just received my final shipment on new build, just curious with my
    ASUS M4A89GTD PRO/USB3 motherboard.. I plugged in KINGSTON SNVP325S2 64GB SSD which is 230 read and 180 write.. and this is what im getting.

    umm ... not full write speed .. any tweaks ?
    i plugged this baby in SATA3 port lol ...

    You push 160 on the peak writes .. it's really pretty good already.

    What you can try and do is to enable AHCI mode, but with the current driver you will loose perf in the smaller sized files until AMD optimized it witrh a new driver.. yet with the bigger sized you'll gain some perf.

    GTX 470 OC 725/1450/1850
    get another 64MB SSD and RAID0 them and then do your testing again...
