From my own experience with the killer nic...I get the same pings and latency using the killer software & driver package, using the killer driver only or just using the AR813x_AR815x_AR816x_v2.1.0.21_WHQL drivers.

Though you mentioned the killer nic working very well? As on exactly the same as an Intel nic or better than the Intel nic?

Yeah no better or worse, when I said that, I should of said...it does what it should provide giga speeds with no issue. I could find no real difference for the intel add on card compared to the killer nic. ( note did not keep a detailed log between the two weather in surfing or online game play) This is something that is purely observational and running speedtest checking comcast, as I know of no way to actually benchmark nics. I would consistently get the all the same results with ping and latency between the two.

It does look kinda cool, but if I was to have the LED's any colour other than red then I'd have to mod the heatsinks to match lol!

I've had both intel and killer nics and I also can report that there wasn't much of a difference...

Yes, I don't like the "godlike" name either as bleh... but I do like the armor which should be easy to remove so I can spray paint it, and the steel around the pci-e slots for reinforcement.

But here's what it has me, on board USB 3.1 Type A and Type C which should get the reported 10GB speeds where the add on cards are not.

The Godlike name sucks, red and black... thank god it's mostly on the armor!
I'd really consider this over the Rampage V Extreme mainly do to the fact it has USB 3.1 Type A/C on board!

At least it will have a full cover waterblock! I hope EK gets on board for either a monoblock or full cover.

White would also work (especially with silver corsair RAM dimms), even though there's nothin GODLIKE 1337WTFBBQsauce about plain white. :p

5X GPU for multi GPU rendering

Really would like to see 5x multi GPU performance with this MB, not for gaming but for rendering in engines supporting multi-GPU (Octane, Fry etc.)
