    because there is with and without fan :) always like that for low end...

    but with the power of recent iGPU those card is aimed at old or industrial config.

    btw is it a rebranded GPU or a new low end???

    *edit* ok it is Kepler again lol "The Palit GeForce GT 710 based on the 28nm GK208" but the price is really low...

    If it had HDMI 2.0 may have been good for HTPC but since it doesn't it's useless.
