MSI releases BIOS update for MSI X299 and Z370 to support CPU-Attached RAID

This new BIOS indeed seems to splash up vcore/LLC values all over the place. Previously I had set vcore to 1.295 and LLC to level 2, that boosts to a max vcore of 1.368. Now with the same values set in the new BIOS, I'm already seeing BIOS report an actual vcore of 1.45.
Had to dial my values down to 1.1vcore and LLC level 5 to get the same result as in previous BIOS.
