Low profile doesn't have anything to do with how many slots it takes up.

"Video card profiles are based on height only, with low-profile cards taking up less than the height of a PCIe slot, some can be as low as "half-height"."

As such, the below video card would never be described as "low profile"

    It's a missthinking:
    -low profile is low profile
    -one slot is one slot

you can have full lengh, full size one slot as in workstation GPU
you can have low profile triple slot as some SAS controler

And low profile one slot as you were writing about

This is a nice jump int performance at this size profile. The 1650 is about 35-40% faster than the 1050ti and uses the same amount of power. It’s decent option for anyone wanting to make a small gaming PC out of something like a Dell optiplex SFF PC (which can be had for very cheap on eBay. This plus a i5-i7 equipped 7010 could clock in right under $350 and game very respectable at 1080.

lol I like how you said that as though that's actually supposed to be a helpful clarification.
"water is wet because it's wet"

Office PCs are commonly low-profile, and DVI is still commonly found in office monitors. But still... I'd rather have a couple of mini-DP ports instead. It's not expensive or difficult to get a DVI adapter if need be.

Office PCs usually do not need a discrete GPU like a GTX 1650, such GPUs are more suitable for a modest HTPC. Yes a DP or 2 mini-DP would be tons better.

Since it's a double-height card, honestly i'm surprised they didn't put in one HDMI, one display, and one DVI

    Highly depends on the office.

Also it's from MSI that have big market share in asia where DVI make resistance in the office as the analogic port have made in europe few ago.

HDMI is more important for a HTPC.

It's nice to have an option if you are bound to the low profile form factor.... this is by far the most powerful low profile GPU on the common market to the best of my knowledge. It would be a decent 1080p gaming setup if you don't need 100% max settings on the most demanding titles.

I thought the same thing, I actually clicked it because it said low profile so I was like ohh cool a single slot card.... but nope..
