    This is mainly for CS-GO competitive level play.

    Who else would use a 24" 1080p with 360hz?

    A lot of CS pros still use lower res's and even CRTs are prefered over LCD's. Most have swiched over to 1080p LCD/LED's now but for a long time the prefered res for CS was 1280 x 720p because at that res FPS was very high.

    I'm surprised this isn't a TN panel tbh.

    Ofc, I agree; it's not something that I want or "need", however when you are willing to reply is always wise to give some clues or facts like for who will this product cover his needs or demands. for example I wouldn't buy a monitor capable up to 360hz because I don't need it nowhere. :)
    Another example is what Reddoguk wrote, maybe it will be good for pro-gamers who play CS-GO.
