Take a look at the BIOS switch on the GFx card, flick it to the normal position, I guess in your case its set to LN2 mode.

    Try this

    Right click my computer
    Click properties

    Advanced system settings
    Performance Settings
    Click on Custom radio button
uncheck Show window contents while dragging
    Apply
    OK

    Or just go here

    Thanks for your replies.
The switch was on bios1 mode, tried ln2 - the same result.
Uncheck Show window contents while dragging works fine but imo is not the best solution )) I`m interesting if it is a hardware problem, or may be the reson is in my win7 copy? How do you think, is it possible, should I try reinstall it from the another distributive?

Well, after looking for a solution for more than two days I guess I`ve found it! Not a solution, but explanation ). It is a Windows7 issue, and in my case it just looks this way!

"....This means that all onscreen surfaces (even in classic mode) paint INCREDIBLY slower than before, especially slower than in XP and Vista, since they both supported the same hardware acceleration of GDI+."
    http://www.windows7taskforce.com/view/3607
    and
"...Also, if you move a window across the screen and it can't redraw fast enough, its window is broken into pieces as you drag the window. (This phenomenon is called tearing.)..."

So it seems I`m gonna have to deal with that. Thank you all.
