Seems like AGESA 1.2.0.0 officially brings RYZEN 5000 series support to the X470 and B450 motherboards.
MSI has started pushing newer versions of 1.2.0.0 BIOS's again I have been really impressed with the Motherboard BIOS support from MSI for my B550 UNIFY https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/MEG-B550-UNIFY
MSI has pushed more bios's again , looks interesting They are very quick with these AGESA updates. AGESA 1.2.0.1 - Probably a bug fix to 1.2.0.0 Improving Ryzen CPU performance - Does look interesting I'll have to run some benchmarks to see , my 5800X performance was already running awesome on my B550 Unfiy. Maybe's it's a voltage curve tweak or something. Or a AMD microcode update?
There's a few other bug fixes as well but I haven't seen any performance gains reported from that, just that the cache speed (In Aida64 specifically?) is a lot better.
That's literally all it is , the L3 cache worked fine before , it's just for AIDA64 benchmark to see what the L3 cache was really operating at already Official reply from AMD Reddit " AMD_Robert Technical Marketing7 days ago · edited 7 days ago Hi, all. AGESA 1201 contains a fix specifically to improve AIDA64's L3 cache bandwidth test results, enabling this benchmark's test pattern to better show the architecture's true capabilities. It is not a generic change. //edit: Vermeer only."
Full changelog :- OFFICIAL AMD RYZEN Twitter Account posted:- AGESA 1.2.0.1 now arriving in public BIOSes for Ryzen 5000 Series! 1) Fix: False SMART errors on Hynix NVMe 2) Fix: Intermittent SSD detection for M.2 SATA devices 3) Improve L3$ bandwidth in AIDA64 4) Improve stability if user disables cores on 5600X/5800X with AMD Ryzen Master
1.2.0.1 Patch A - I was expecting it to be 1202 but i don't think it will be too long before that comes out Improved Ryzen 5000 CPU compatibility & also includes fixes for USB issues. Stopgap AGESA update for users experiencing USB connectivity issues until 1.2.0.2 is ready , I'ts scheduled for early april.
AMD said 1.2.0.2 is coming in April. So until then, at least we got 1.2.0.1 "patched" with the USB fix. Works fine for me, I got all my ports back and they are working stable, so gj finding the bug *thumbsup*

Got the 1202 just now...after my K70lux decided to go dark on me, so far no obvious change but my main issue so far has been my h115i restarting/reseting itself and the led`s doin random things, while it may be an icue issue its also connected to a usb 2.0 header.
