It says "Core boost clock: 1,605MHz" not 1.785

Since you're talking about clocks, I wonder why my card since it claims boost clocks 1785, during games I recorded consistently 1920Mhz, 61C Top, and 80% Top usage. The game was War Thunder with everything on full, particles density, trees, grass and all. VSync on, 1080p @75Hz. Meanwhile, guys, can't believe how good this card is considering how low I paid for ( 209 euros ). My second choice was 2070 Super but I figured it would be totally excess, and I was right.

The boost frequency is dynamic not fixed, based on thermals, workload, power limiter but also game title it can boost a bit higher (or lower). Historically I have seen NV cards to be above it's advertised boost frequency most of the time.

That's nice I suppose. Older cards didn't do that. I don't have ever to occupy my self with OC.
