MSI Afterburner OSD Displaying only in dx9 games and nowhere else

    After a fresh windows 11 installation, afterburner now works only in directx9 games...mo DX11,12, vulkan, opengl etch.. I have 4.6.5 version of afterburner and 537.13 nvidia driver(Rtx 3090). Windows 11 version is 22H2(Build 22621.2215). I have tried to reinstall many times but it didnt help, I also tried to import profiles folder from previous installation that worked fine but no luck. All settings are ok in afterburner and Rivatuner. Is there any fix ?

    * I just tried the demo of 'FPS Monitor" software and it works fine in all games.. I prefer afterburner and rivatuner so I hope for a solution.

    One thread was not enough so it was necessary to spam one more with exactly the same content? Solution is not to mess with windows reinstall yourself if you cannot properly install software and mandatory system components after that.

    Sorry for the second post but hey.. spam ? Really ? Asking for help in official MSI/RTSS forum is spam? I know exactly what I am doing , I am at computer tech since I was a kid .. for many many years.. I was just asking for help AFTER I tried EVERYTHING..I use afterburner/rtss for many years and it always worked..but now it doesn't. AND IT IS NOT MY FAULT(and i am not the only one who has this problem..). Basically any other FPS monitor program now works except afterburner/rtss... So.. if you dont have in mind something that would help me, there is no need to answer at all.

    You just reportred developer's post for offending you? Seriously? Reported because you were asked to avoid cloning exactly the same post with exactly the same contents in different subforums? Ever heard about forum rules? If you're really computer tech with zero understanding what "spam" means - it is your personal problem.
    Have a rest from forum. You're not my application's user and undesired guest in application subforums. And I find extemely insulting to deal with such users in free applicaiton support forum.

    I had exactly the same problem. The solution is to disable antivirus..RTSS needs both C++ Redistributable 2008 x86 and x64 to work properly. It is automatically installed with RTSS setup but in my case, C++ Redistributable 2008 x64 couldn't be installed and RTSS setup didn't show me any message that it couldn't be installed(Maybe it can be implemented in the setup so as to give you a warning or something? because the setup completed successfully but C++ Redistributable 2008 x64 which is required, was not installed..) . When I manually tried to install C++ Redistributable 2008 x64, I got a 1935 error.. In the end, I disabled antivirus software, I installed it and now everything works fine again.
