Do you use any NVME drivers for MP600 besides Microsoft? There is no official drivers from corsair for this.

They do, but you need driver signing off, secure boot off, can't use hibernate or s3 because it hasn't had acpi api's implemented properly. Which is odd, because the 2014 OFA driver worked fine.
