Not sure if you can talk about TV Shows?

I've been watching Heroes on Netflix lately, i got really hooked!
I hardly get hooked to a show that i can't stop watching.

I'm at Season 3 atm, the story is the most complex i've ever seen, it's hard to keep up whats going on.
Season 1 was still the best imo, and now it's getting messy after season 3.

They also have alot of big/good actors in it, new ones keep coming too, very impressed!

Sometimes i'm a bit concerned about the special effects, it's not that good but it's watchable.
They should have done a better job at it.

Nice, planned to pay Captain Phillips a visit this evening. Hope we like it as well :)
Watched the Hunger Games 1 & 2, Hobbit 2 and Unknown so far this weekend. Any recommendations besides the Captain? Experienced Gravity already. Also having some problems to find the Wolf-of-Wall Street near where I live ;)

EDIT: do you gurus think Saving Mr Banks is any good?

EDIT 2: Captain Philips was even better than I expected! Solid 7.9 in my book ;)

Ok, so this (apparently) has been 'in development' for a few years.

The question I got is whether we actually want or need a live action version of this classic movie?

    Leonardo DiCaprio as executive producer?

The asterised text is IMDB DOT COM by the way, goodness knows why this site has issues with it.

Trailer for Micheal bay's Ninja Turtles.

    Warning!!
    Shredder is white guy
Megan Fox is ... acting.. i think
Theres a bit in the trailer that reminds me of the snow mobile get away set piece in MW2

And the turtles look like Shrek's kids have been hitting P90X.

I'll stick to the 90's version thanks.

Saw Riddick. Enjoyed it. Had to roll my eyes a few times at the ridiculously exaggerated super-human stunts he pulls. I mean come on.. a spike through the heart, pulls it out, blood gushes, sticks it back in, collapses and dying, sees a red-hot rock nearby, picks it up, pulls spike out, puts hot rock in to cauterize the wound, then goes back into action.. I mean come on! Other than that, fun movie.

I truly appreciate Vin Diesels work into buying the franchise and doing with it as much as he can to please the Riddick fans, I loved it even, with all the exaggerations (which are really no exaggerations for the Riddick universe :D).

What I would love even more would be a reboot of the video games as well, which were spectacular, especially the first one was way before its time in terms of graphic, gameplay etc.

Watched the Robocop 2014 version last night, i was very disappointed, not a patch on the original 1987. Robocop is more like Ninja Gaiden, the villans suck balls and have no charisma unlike Kirkwood walker from the Original who will go down as one of the Most evil villians seen on the Silverscreen.

I could go on and on but there is no point. A failed attempt to reboot a classic movie with alot of potential which was a wasted opportunity.

    Rating 5/10.

^imo the original was on par with the reboot. Not that interesting as far as characters and story go, but fun to watch if your into explosions, violence and robots. Just left the cinema not bored, but not entertained either.

    Odd Thomas, 8/10.

Fun movie. Basically about a guy who sees dead people (ghosts) and tries to keep the world around him in GOOD working order.

Robocop 2014 is one of the worst movies ive seen this year and thats judging it on its own merits. I think they went wrong when they made the movie PG rated. Making a successor to 1987's X-rated Robocop PG was abad move indeed. Compact Disks in the first movies were shown to be the future and guess what, 5 years later CD's emerged in the real world around 1992/3.

The original pushed so many boundarys at the time, you also felt more connected to Robocop because of the awful and brutal death that he suffered at the hands of Clarence Boddiker. In the new movie he gets taken out by a car bomb....really...meh. Movie did not gel together well either and even Michael Keaton whose role should have been great was nothing but average/poor.

Terrible movie, they should never have remade it.

The thing that made the 80's version great for me was that 80's grimy look and that the characters are not politically correct one bit, not even Robocop.

Is that Gravity? I watched that about amonth ago and fell asleep halfway through it.

@Rflair yeah the original was actually too good for its time, people went crazy over it when it was released as nothing like it had been seen before.
