Theres gaming mice that are good for games and general desktop usage. Then there are mice that are good for gaming but not good for desktop use.

Supposedly new Logitech prototype that's leaked because some streamers/pro's got an early batch for testing:

Although I'm pretty sure it's purposefully leaked to build hype.

    Leaked info.

Hate to say "I told you so", but I mentioned this in my very first post: Razer & Scrollwheels :D

I|m looking for a claw grip mouse, similar to the Razer Abyssus, but silent. Those mouse clicks are way too loud in the middle of the night. I have only found ones with less than 2000 DPI, which is what I am used to and would prefer to have again.

    Is there something like that?

    That looks good!

Simple and sleek, not like a robot as many gaming mice.

    What's the model?

We don't know the actual model name yet, it's not released yet, just leaked by streamers :x

Ah so still just a leak, ok. Hoped that from June till now it would have become more official.

I like my Rival 300 but the shape is ever so slightly off and it's a bit bulky. That Logitech one looks like it could be just right but ofc impossible to judge from a photo.

The Rival 300 feels as it's slightly too high from under the palm so it sort of presses against my palm, instead of being able to rest my hand comfortably.
For comparison Rival 100 felt better because it's notably lower / less protruded than Rival 300. 300 is ofc superior in other areas.

So far, nope, but you can attach a USB wire I think.

Though as far as lag goes, if it's anything like the G900, you shouldn't worry about it.

Wireless mice tend to be a bit heavy for my tastes due to batteries. But if one can attach a wire and remove battery (?) then best of both worlds.

Not a deal breaker any way.

This one should be ~85 grams.

I ultimately bought the old version of G Pro wired.

More than enough specwise, not too expensive and has a shape I like, better than Rival 300.

From what can be told by photos the shape is quite a bit different from the new one but I liked the G Pro when I tried it.

I got the new G Pro Wireless, it's Godlike.

After 1 week, still 50% battery left, sensor as good as 3366, weighs very little and ... no wire!!

The only negative thing about this new mouse is that € 150 is kind of pricey.

Yup the new would have perhaps been even better from shape (but overkill for me otherwise) but quite expensive.

Old G Pro cost an affordable 50 €.

Just got a Logitech G502 Hero, love the ability to add weights to it. I just put all of them in but I think it may be too heavy. So far I really like it.

@Juara- how on earth are you using such a high dpi on your desktop?! Holy crap man!
