More AMD Trinity APU details surface

    Looks good, wonder how it performs.

    The A6-5400 and A8-5500 series looks really good for HTPC setups and budget PCs. The A4-5300 may be a bit too slow but who knows, could do as well as the ones up to.

    I agree, would make great HTPC setups, and should also be a great option for low cost workstation machines with decent enough performance, to the point where a discrete GPU would be pointless.

    By workstation machine I mean what most workstation machines are typically used for - Excel, Word, etc.

    for excel, word, outlook, intel's intergrated graphics is good enough. but yeah, entry level discrete GPUs are becoming obsolete because the fusion's pretty good integrated graphics.
