It says "In Library"...but ingame I can't find it....nothing downloaded

New skin

 

Loving the new character skin. Makes me look like a kick ass medieval part robot guy. The three new Epic runs you get for each weapon are aces too.

 

Hmm, already have an epic rune that makes you immune to poison (Dagger). And an epic rune that halves focus cost (bow). And I believe there is a reduced damage rune as well for the Sword. So those aren't new runes.

 

My first thoughts as well. I have the dagger one for poison immunity, so no go there, but I think you can use the new rune (double focus time) along with the existing one (50% less focus cost) and have MASSIVE slow time.

Haven't played the game in 2 days, so I will get back on and see if my theory rings true.

 

I'm mostly killing orcs around the map, this Photo Mode won't help me finish the game.

There is nothing wrong with the game, however a word of advice, don't end it

The 'Forge the legend of X' missions are quite nicely done. Too bad they're limited.

 

Little late to the party, just got the game recently on sale at BundleStars. Have a few comparison images to share between ultra and high textures.

Settings used were native 1920x1200, motion blur disabled, everything else maxed out.

High - 2465mb vram:

The ground textures look a little more defined but I cannot spot any other difference. The 1400mb increase for slightly sharper ground textures doesn't seem worth it. Next...

The unlit walls and the metal bracing on the table are noticeably more defined but again, at the cost of an extra 1400mb is not worth it, imo.

I think I'll stick with high textures for now and use the vram headroom for some downsampling instead.

 

Good newwws everyone - Shadow of Mordor now has a working SLI profile together with 344.48! Did a quick test yesterday and it seems to be working OK.

I kid, I kid. I'm using mine as well. :nerd: I tried playing with mouse and keyboard and couldn't keep a streak above 20 to save my life. I've hit 267 with the 360 controller and haven't died in who knows how long. Have fun, it's an awesome game!

finally I've finished this game. really enjoyed every moment of it.

 

Glad I did a try before buy this game is a joke. It's like some horrible movie and then you have short simple combat made for a 7 year old to play. This is where games are heading ? Bah glad I got to enjoy the 80,90s games.

90% of reviewers and players think the batman combat system is one of the best going, and mordor uses it because the game started as a batman game. But i guess your the only one has the insight to see past the shoddy clunky combat system.....

Or i could just say learn to play.

 

Learn to play? Do you read I said a 7 year old could play it it's so easy.

 

there is nothing wrong with combat. the game is just getting boring after 2 - 3 hours.

 

Brand Orcs. Turn them against each other. Brand two graugs and place them in an orc stronghold and bring in 3 caragors.

Sorry but I don't see how the game is boring after 2-3hrs. Easily more than 30hrs possible, and I'm saying this with 41hrs in Batman Arkham Origins.

 

I know what you mean, I just completed the game (100%) with 76hrs 4minutes. Gonna do another play through and get the two upgrades I missed the first time. I'm also gonna try and get all the weapon missions done first this time well, as I didn't realize how powerful your weapons can become....
