Modern Warfare 3 Confirmed Leaks From COD XP

1. All the maps so far have been small and full of cover however they all have good routes for Capture The Flag.
2. Dog tags game mode where you pick up dog tags off the players you kill, if you pickup dog tags from your team mates kills they won’t count.
3. Guns have there own perks.
4. Customizable reticles.
5. The flag pick up/return is a second.
6. M16 is 2 burst kill and is similar to the CoD4 M16.
7. Dead Silence is unlocked at Level 55.
8. You are able to restrict a lot in private matches. example: guns, killstreaks, perks etc…
9. A perk where you can walk faster whilst aiming in.
10. A perk which allows you to see an Enemy from far away.

 

"...allows you to see an enemy from far away"? If that's anything but a scope it sounds fishy.

I love the fact that Lightweight seems to be gone for good now. It's also a good thing that less people will be able to run around "invisibly" early on now.

The trailer reminds me of CoD 4, at least when looking at the maps. I'm not too excited about something "all new" but it doesn't look too shabby either

 

People are hating on the trailer because it's rubbish, it has nothing to do with being "cool".

looks like thats what they managed to quickly copy from BF. Should have been a DLC for MW2 at 5$

 

horrible textures, gameplay looks rubbish not at all like an army game more like an arcade shooter, real low tech will probably run 20000fps on a crap machine, no innovation at all. Im not buying, I have a huge steam list and only have cod 1,united offensive and cod 2, liked MW1 but ONLY because it was slightly better than GRAW.

Just like Justin Bieber -- they say he's a bad singer and quite frankly; he's not. No, I'm not saying I like his music. I don't, but I'm man enough to admit that he's not bad if you're into that sort of thing. Wait until BF starts selling 20 million, same thing will happen there. Don't believe me? Quote me when they start selling that much.

1. Could you point this out? I've watched the trailer a couple of times but can't remember seeing this and I can't check at the moment.
2. I'm pretty sure it's got something to do with a new game mode.

How are either of those copying from BF?

Agree on the textures, though the trailer IS compressed and the textures do look better on PC (look for the MW2 comparisons, I can't be bothered finding them). Gameplay in CoD has always been like an arcade shooter and has never been aiming for realism. If you want a sim then play ArmA?

The 'tech' is fine. Even moreso if it will run 20000 fps on a crap machine -- everyone can enjoy the game how it's meant to be played rather than trying to enjoy a game chugging along at 20FPS. While the game certainly is nothing mindblowing it doesn't look bad.

Let's hope so, I've still yet to pre-order either but I'll possibly get both.

 

Obviously it's Xbox footage. If you saw the BO trailer they had for CoD Elite you'd have noticed how bad it looked on the consoles compared to PC. Won't be any different here.

Game looks bad, nothing new apart from some massive glowing floating dog tags.

 

the series is such a joke now. activision should be ashamed, but they'll just count their money instead! wanna bet they'll use the same engine AGAIN for the next installment of the series ...

 

As long as there's no new console generation you can be sure about that. Why would the series be any different now to what it was before? CoD has never been about realism or graphics.
