Thanks for the explanation. I tried looking for the bios editor but no luck. Also, WC3 just doesn't like the card, period. Even underclocked or with 12P, it crashes. I'm sure its compatibility issue with my mobo or something. In any case, I've decided to quit while I'm ahead. No more mods. 510/1110 is still very good at 16P. I'm also going to move to SLI in the coming weeks so I'd rather not try to voltmod and kill this card especialy since I'll be selling it. Thank you for all those who helped.
