Graphics card need optional screw holes for grids.. because its only matter of time when something would be stuck in some fan.

All things you get used to when you have one of these. I've been open frame for years now, it's not a big deal. You just have to keep the PC away from your keyboard area; mine sits on a shelf attached to the wall instead of on my desk.

I really like those minimal frames, but I'm not sure how people cope with the noise.

It depend on what quality is put on your system...
Despite i love that mini open frame, Minisforum is well known for trashing their production with bad quality and liquid metal leak everywhere...

But if you make it right and take quality there is no problem at all (passive PSU, fan that can reach 0 rpm and start progressively (exemple: MSI GPU card), passive CPU cooler... lot of option exist today)

This needs a box even if it is made of methacrylate like some 3d printers.
For safety and that it does not get so dirty.

If you think "open frame", you know that you will deal with it... if you think box and protection this frame isn't for you.
It's like when my gf get in my caterham without weather kit: "is there nothing against the wind on your car?" "helmet, scarf and glasses :) " (now she deal with it she is my wife)

open to accidental damage, open to the elements, open to produce noise,
There is a good reason watches have a watch case, its to protect the fragile components inside.
