    Hope AMD pull something awesome off with Vega, my 290 no longer is good enough for recommended spec, although TBH a 290 isn't too far off a 290X with a bit of an OC.

    Is this the same game that trolled 6gb vram as "requirement" few yrs ago?

    Yup, it came as a separate update for "ultra" textures. I remember 4GB cards had no problems so 6GB was a trolling indeed.

    It recommended it on their highest texture setting.

    Which was really weird since a 970 ran the game on 62fps min and around 80fps average on ultra.

    Also pretty sure they cached like 1gb worth of cutscenes into the vram.

    yea it was ok with 3gb vram too, could play np with 780gtx @ultra.
