    It's a feature not a bug, brings new things like a cooler running processor and extended battery life :p

    I know you're joking, but ironically, making the CPU so slow would actually make the total battery life worse since the device just simply is on for a longer period of time as the user has to wait for it to finish processing tasks. LCDs take up a decent amount of battery life.
