Windows 8.1 is supposed to be released for PC, tablets, and phone. The very first thing I noticed when I looked at the screenshot of the build was 'Windows Phone 8.0', whereas Windows 'Blue' for phone, should be 'Windows 8.1 Phone'. Hope the guy who sold the phone on Ebay has a good lawyer!
Heh I thought I would never hear about this but MS pulled an Apple because they did the same thing with one of the Iphone prototypes but it was at a bar instead of a bus.

Wow, why am I not surprised that most did not read the article. Microsoft asked for it back, reimbursed the guy and bought him a brand new Lumia 920. Sheez, this is not apple we are taking about here.
