i more amazed by fact it ileagal when done on street and person but it fine when done online, and these site stores like Amazon know poeple are doing and allow them, would assume they getting money from so it out ways the fine or anything they would get it caught, I would assume this was not allow for "new" items used is another story Actual i dont see sony/ms dont just track the serial numbers that were sold for at retails, and require all site that let "resale" of items input serial number to see if it was sold and now be sold again by scalpers, and fine those site and our black list those items from use on there network. then again that is an extreme and would probably never happen, but they can track these and see what is be resold if they choose too, im surpised they just dont start trying to sell the console for next for 2-3 it price thise gen cause the scaplers cause obviously people are buying them
