And that is how so many of you end up being disappointed. I never said port, i said the overall product on the PC has to keep the 360 version in mind when its being developed, unless they are developing two different games. Have to say, the game is looking like one of the best games every visually.
Because every game gets hyped up, DX9/10/11 GPU PhysX, PC version is main priority, when things tend to sound too good to be true.. But i am quite a realistic/pessimistic person so...:3eyes:
We'll see when it's out. Those subway tunnels should be fun, even for those of us who already had a Monolith subway overdose. I wonder when those guys will change their name to Mole-o-lith.
Watch this video, looks unbelievable. http://www.gametrailers.com/video/combat-and-metro-2033/61790 theres another on the GT site aswell.
This game looks amazing, cant wait for this one, im interested to see what the physX implementation is like aswell.
These bastards I hope the game doesn't get awesome good reviews or they're going to make me buy a new nvidia DX11 card. Lol
Easily the best looking DX11 game so far, and also the first one to do DX10 as well. Might hold off on this till i upgrade though.
Call of Pripyat is DX9, DX10 and DX11 isn't it? Battleforge and AvP 3 also allows the DX11 renderer to function on DX10 (Or 10.1) cards but without hardware specific features like tesselation and shader model 5.
Ah, so it is, DX8, 9, 10, 10.1 and 11 apparently, forgot about that. I know AVP3 does allow DX11 to be run on 10 hardware, but what about DX10 on DX11 hardware? Not sure how much difference that makes though, not the thread for it, but anyone done any DX9, 10, 11 comparisons.
