It works as a mouse but that's all you can do with it for now.

i wouldn't be surprised since this game originally is a PS4 exclusive. but that's bad coz i own a 360 controller.

Im getting odd crashes in Windows 10 with MGSV:GZ, changed to the new nvidia .83 driver, lots of crashes, reverted it back and its still crashing but not reporting nvidia drivers as the cause in event viewer now, hmmmm

    Possibly back to Windows 7

Use 350.12, theres a slight performance loss across the board, but you'll greatly reduce the crashes.

Edit: Just realized you said you're on 10. Personally i dont think the OS is ready for anything other than basic functions such as word processing etc. Im waiting for the first service pack and DX12 games. Sticking to 8.1 till then.

I understand your choice to wait on the upgrade, but mate, that was funny.

    What:D its true.

What i loose in 10 compared to what i have in 8.1, isnt worth the trade off for a few extra fps in some games. I have no reason to use the OS as 8.1 does everything i use an os for and is better at it atm.

Tbh, the moment i found that i needed to mess about under the hood to adjust Update settings which are still kiddy proof in comparison to 7/8.1, was the moment i realized that i just wasted hours on getting the thing to install.

Its not an upgrade if you're loosing features or control of basic features that have been in windows since forever.

I don't have a single problem playing games on W10.
I've tried 7+games including Ground zeroes ans no problems at all.

Btw, I just saw a gameplay video and the guy from Konami confirmed that on PC we can listen to any mp3s we have :D.

Nor do i, but its the OS itself that feels incomplete or unfinished.

    But, yeah.. mp3 support!

Take me down to the hotel city where *splosions! ppprrriccchhh splosions! tactical splosions everywhere!* the grass is green and Hilbert is pretty.

I played MGSV: GZ the day before yesterday and it worked absolutely fine with the 355.80 hotfix driver. I have not tried it with the newer 355.83 developer drivers but I would imagine it would work the same.

Sorry if I am insulting your intelligence here but have you tried revalidating the game cache (sometimes one corrupt file can make a stable game unstable)? These typically fix most game executable and kernelbase.dll crashes in my experience.

Are you forcing anything in the NVIDIA game profile?

no worries, worth a try, thanks,Ill try that this evening, the only thing i changed from my previous runthrough on Windows 7 and older Nvidia drivers is i have to run it in Borderless window mode because in full screen its stretched to the native res of my monitor(3440x1440) when the resolution is set to 2560x1440 even though scaling is turned off on my monitor and nvidia control panel. So it could be a little unstable

Might try some older drivers to see they remove the scaling issue

*EDIT* Even better - a fix for 21:9 aspect ratio, sweeeeeettttttt, been wanting this for so long and only stumbled across it now - http://www.wsgf.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=95&t=29053&p=160313#p160313

My copy has been shipped today, I'm hoping it'll be with me tomorrow. If not, I'll have to wait till Tuesday. Seeing as ShopTo guarantee release day delivery, it should come tomorrow.
