I've just got 2GB DDR2 PC6400 G.skill (F2-6400CL5D-2GBNQ) and it doesn't seem to want to run quite properly. One stick passes memtest fine at 800Mhz, but the other one gets a few errors.

The rated voltage is 1.8v-2.0v When it's running at 2.0v I can get 533mhz stable but 666mhz - 800mhz I always get 2 errors in test 5. On default settings with both DIMMS I get about 100 errors.

Do you guys reckon this is grounds enough to RMA it? or should I just accept it and maybe up the voltage a little bit to see if I can get it stable at 800mhz?

    I'd RMA them.

id check timings and try upping the volatge , if the timings are wrong and enough volatge isnt supplied then they will fail memtest

I've checked the timings and it's all running as per the SPD, I've even tried setting it to them manually and it still gives the sames errors. I'll try the voltage in a minute, I'm just paranoid about uppping the voltage on RAM.

I think I'll probably contact them about an RMA anyway though.
