Memory DDR3 4GB in one piece

    XFX-HD 4870 X2 2GB DDR5
    Just checking here where you have seen the Memory DDR3 of 4GB in one piece - NOT in a kit of two of 2Gb each.
    Can't find the ONE PIECE of DDR3 of 4GB.
    Anyone, appreciated the help!

    5850 @ 1000MHz
    They exist but the only 775 chipset that supports that density is the P45 chipset.

    afaik the 4GB chips are expensive as hell right now, i'd love 24GB Ram

    I have seen a single card with 6 gigs ddr-3 1600 for $600 each.

    4 of those would give you 24 gigs of ram.
