    What RENDERER are you using?
Not all Render allow this setting..

MadVR for example should have those option DEACTIVATED...
For the rest, MPC Video Renderer, sync, enhanced, etc, should work fine...

    best regards

    edit:

it also says in your screen, Color controls (for VMR9 and EVR) wich is what i sayd, it only works with some RENDERERS....

    ill quote:

    Edit:
    Shaders with MPC VR:
    MPCVR only supports post-resize shaders.

It currently also only works in D3D9 mode. Support for shaders with D3D11 rendering will probably be added in next version.

Thanks for keeping this thread up to date, I forget this is still receiving support.

Can I ask if you know why the MPC video renderer update isnt part of MPC-HC/BE?
ie why doesnt it get updated with them?

    @Mufflore

hmm, to be honest, i dont really know.
Its a "side" project id say, from the Devs of MPC-BE.

i guess its more practical to make it as an single project, i dont really know.
The renderer is pretty good from my testing and works great for not so Performant laptops, etc.. The only thing im missing from it, is something like a debanding shader/filter. With that, its an great alternative to the "enhanced Video renderer"...
Yes, i know, you could use dx9 as renderer and then use an deband shader. But dx11 renderer ist just better. Sadly theres no dx11 debanding shader right now, at least i couldnt find one.. And i allready tried, but its not so easy to convert dx9 shaders in dx11... its more complicated then i thought^^

If anyone here knows how to proberly rewrite dx9 shaders into dx11, please post here or contact me :)

I know, its not an Answer really, but you would have to ask the MPC-BE Devs yourself why they did what they did :p
I think, in the future if this is more matured they probally integrate it into MPC-BE.. But dont take my word for it..
