The size comparison with shepard always killed me haha, that's hilarious. Started ME:A this week, i tried it once a while back and got stuck because of a game breaking bug fairly early on (a door which wasn't opening). Uninstalled back then.
eh it was a trainwreck and abandoned anthem looks to be the same. and a game they tossed together in 22 24 months vs a game they worked dillligently on for the 6 7 years anthem was in development allegedly. inquisition by all accounts was a miracle it worked at all because internally bioware was chaos and anarchy. and andromeda was the odd man out shipped to the oh so progressive bioware studio that could not and well anything and everything that could went wrong with that game also. would not even pirate it nm give bioware money for anything at this point they got a ton of ground to make up to win consumers back.
(in original post) There's a yearly "N7 Day" where people share their experiences playing an old video game? Same people who think E-Sports are actually sports, I presume. Or I'm just getting old and grouchy. (get off my lawn!)
Personnaly I think that Mass Effect Andromeda was okay. Of course, when you finish the main plot, then it becomes quite repetitive. And it can look like to a flag battle. But the overall game was quite enjoyable. The exploration had a lot to give.
In retrospect, I probably like Andromeda best of the series, definitely has the best gameplay. Overall the series is overrated, although I did appreciate Mass Effect 1 at the time. 1 and Andromeda felt the most open to me and that's what I wanted from the series.
Andromeda's game-play fluid wise, was the best in the series. it also came out years after the trilogy so its kinda expected. and since the game overall received very negative reviews, game-play is not the strongest thing that made the Mass Effect series. yeah Andromeda also felt the most open to me too. i could cruise around the galaxy with my robot-friends that only seemed alive in the game trailers, on beautiful planets that felt even more empty than space itself, with a script that was probably written by some 12 years old rebellious metal-head teenager and many more great great things. im totally honest here.. that's the worst thing iv spent my money on in the past decade. but.. different people enjoy different things, so im not judging
I'm sorry, but no. You can't place metal and ME: Andromeda in the same sentence like this. Andromeda has no metal in it whatsoever.
i actually tried to make some joke ;/ guess it didn't work im a a proud metal-head so.. no harm intended in that comment.
The best thing about Andromeda is the line My face is tired from dealing with everything while the character blinks like a plastic doll and the mouth is moving like Pingu... In retrospect Andromeda to me looks like the gameplay testbed for Anthem. I will just leave this here because of reasons.
every time someone reminds me how BAD Andormeda was, i wanna install ME2 again and again for another play. damn it.
I see. Sorry, sarcasm doesn't travel well this way, and I have actually met a person who complained about "Hannah Montana death metal", so you never know with us humans... XD
all is good here these talks on this specific topic will end my next weekends. my wife will kill me if she will see me romance Tali or Liara again. im gonna reinstall ME2 this Friday, seems i can't keep myself away from this game. thanks ~
i always uninstall it because i cant stop replaying it ! lol joking aside, im having a blast every time, but i only keep my saves from ME1 and reinstalling the game like once a year. i finished it like 2 months ago so i might end up installing the game for good this time. good idea. im also scared to go FULL renegade. im talking about things like.. killing Wrex... that's my biggest fear. never ever went 100% no turning-back renegade.
