I agree completely, and I've stolen your post to put on the ******ail who are also running an article on this.
She can't wield dat heavy hammer wiff tho's widdle arms! Maybe if she looked like this. maybe. :wanker:
It's pandering at it's worst IMO. Just like they changed Wonder Woman to be almost as strong/powerful as Superman. She can even fly now and doesn't need the invisible jet anymore. Why couldn't they just make a NEW female character based from Asgard. We'll see if they change the Thor in the movies...doubt it but wouldn't be shocked either.
Ever thought about it being a different artist take on thor, But never less no need to get worked up about it, If you don't like it then don't read the comic series that features the female thor or who ever they name her.She might not even be called thor and you wont know who she is until the comic series comes out any way besides the story behind her. She could just be related to the male thor and could just take up the name in honor of him. Stuff like this happen all the time in comic's so there no reason to throw your pitch folks up and foam at the mouth at the decision that they're making. Because in the end maybe their vision will work out in the end. Just like it did for Samuel Jackson Nick fury from the original one. Also I doubt they would change it from the male thor in the movie's, it seem like a reboot in the comic's while it shouldn't effect the movie's.
They did, Sam Wilson is replacing Steve Rogers as Captain American. I can't wait to see him at the White House shaking the Presidents hand.
I love the reaction to this. Zombie Thor .. fine. Chimp Thor... hehe monkeys! Female Thor... AW HELL NO!!1
