I am currently in the market for a new video card and budget wise i will pobably end up getting either an ATI x1800xl or Nvidia 7800 GT. im in the search for good reviews that show performance differences between these 2 cards. I am not a "fanboy" of either, i just want to make sure i get what i want and they play the games i want at the performance i want. any links or whatever is appreciated. thanks
7800GT. And how are they "budget" cards? Anyways, the 7800GT is about $250 USD less than the x1800xl and outperforms it. There are reviews on this very own site I believe.
From what I've read, the 7800GT does beat the X1800XL in bench tests and it is cheaper (I cannot give an amount).
hehe, i meant budget in terms of my budget actually and that i didnt want to spend the money on the XT version or the GTX version. thanks for the info though everyone
