can you recommend any ? I prefer neutral sound, not too much bass and not too much treble.
won't be connected to any dac but straight to my thrustmaster eswap x for convenience so they need to be very easy to drive.I did a quick research and found kz zsx,but im no expert.

What you need to look at in specs are impedance and sensitivity - impedance should be low (< 30 ohms) and sensitivity should be high (> 100 dB SPL/V) - that should allow your audiocard to drive headphones with ease.

By reputation (companies capable to produce high quality headphones without gimmicks):
    Beyerdynamic
    Sennheiser
    Audio-Technica
    AKG

And for design tip: if you play long sessions then you better choose bigger embouchures where ears are not touched - ears can become irritated by long applied pressure.

Thats why 5.1 speakers are the best.

Moondrop Quarks are popular, and very affordable.

    yeah super cheap
I can stretch my budget 5-6x times that though.

they take up a lot of space, requre lots of cables and cost a lot for a good setup.

a proper 5.1 setup sounds great for sure, but imo you need a lot of space and money for a 5.1.in most cases it's better just to stick to headphones for gaming.

Been using my AKG K601 for many years now, recently bought a spare AKG K612 Pro for about €125, which is very similar.

Can wear them for hours and hours without feeling any pressure on my head.

The point here is they sound very good, and don't cost a lot. You can spend more, but not get better quality. Moondrop also has other models, like the Aria. You can also look into Crinacle's Dusk IEMs.

    And I misread title too.

    Shure SE215 PRO - https://www.shure.com/en-MEA/products/earphones/se215cl

    Shure AONIC 215 - https://www.shure.com/en-MEA/products/earphones/aonic_215_wired

Westone UM Pro 10 (bit higher price, but with Balanced Armature drivers) - https://westoneaudio.com/product/um-pro-10/

    (All with detachable cable)

From sound and ergonomic points of view I very like Final Audio Design Heaven IV - https://snext-final.com/en/products/detail/HeavenIV.html (https://www.head-fi.org/showcase/final-audio-design-heaven-iv.13960/reviews).
I had them until kids destroyed cables. Now I use Shure SE215 PRO. But want to buy Heaven IV again. Also they utilize BA driver of different type - so called Balancing Air Movement.

    MEE audio Pinnacle P2 - https://www.meeaudio.com/P2

Can't go wrong with the Philips SHP 9500 ($60), and V-Moda Boom pro mic ($30). These are US prices from Amazon, I would imagine they are not that much more over the pond.

Agreed, very happy with that combo. But OP is looking for IEMs.

The KZ ZEX Pro looks like it will be a great all-rounder. Also as suggested already, Moondrop’s offerings are a solid choice.

IEMs are very sensitive and plugging them into a cheap DAC, like one in a controller, usually results in some slight hissing. My KZs have that when plugged into the PS5 controller.

Ooops! That what I get for reading only the title, not OP correctly, and the other replies.
