Ok, possibly the dullest topic I could ever have started, but here's my situation:

I had a faux leather chair, but it wasn't comfortable. Got cinema backside pretty quick on it.

I ended up with this (Brazen Serpent):

It's incredibly comfortable but wasn't built for PC use, and while I am trying to mod it, I have no idea how much success I'll get.

    So... failing that...

I am looking for a PC/gaming/office chair, seat no higher than about 40CM, comfortable (this one is crucial - it's got to be sink-in soft with no pressure), has to have a slight base tilt back, as in the front of the seat base underneath the knees must be a touch higher than the back to relieve pressure on thighs and backside, and it preferably should be fabric not leather or faux leather/plastic. Oh, and wheels or glides - must be movable.

    I don't want a racing chair, unless it's a very special recommendation.

Money no object but ideally wouldn't really want to go beyond about £600.

    Thank you.

I bet they don't make the best chairs ever, but it's certainly the best chair I ever had. My back is happy, and ass even more so.

Generally speaking, everyone here will recommend what they have/had. So just do some research and pick the one you like. Assuming you live in UK, there will be plenty of stores with display stock that you can test, unlike the ass end of universe where I live that we don't have anything, and you have to import everything.

Thanks for the rec - but which exact chair is it you have? And doing research ended me up in this pickle and with a chair I hated haha.

I have the EPIC model. All of them are good, check the speccs - some chairs support more weight, some less.
And don't go for real leather. Pointless waste of cash.

That particular model is a local Russian one. I omitted the name (and the links) because I doubt you should purchase it from afar.
I posted the picture for a reference - go for such design (a kevlar thread in this model, btw).

I don't want leather, period. I said that in the OP. Thanks for the pointers.

I like that chair would be great less sweat and if it truely is comfy to sit on even better, my chair is comfy butt not the best for my butt being happy, I had simillar chair back in NJ but when I moved I left to my cousin , 2 years + not single hole in it, 1 month after he took it it had holes all over the place it was certainly more comfy to sit on that what I got it did have mesh back and fake leather for seat, also dont have the issue of the "piston" that make the chair go up down random just dropping to it lowest point in my current chair. then again 70$ isnt gona last long

I am assuming you and the chair had argument and you won? or is the the out come of it winning? if so how mangled are you??

To big for my taste I prefer the small backs, then again I am 5ft 4in that does look rather comfy though

intresting design i can see how that would be better then conventional seats wonder if that still work if you dont "sit" dead center of the seat but 800$ for chair? that would be hard sell to alot people
