Anyone can. In that case, you refuse to accept what you didn't pay for and claim your money back. Anyone can make a mistake, be it you or them.

Btw, it is said "THOROUGHLY" ;)

You know what? Deny you ever got it.

I would. They wouldn't have any proof you actually received it.

Or if they do say that they for a fact know that you received it, it doesn't matter. It's rightfully yours now, it said it was yours too on the invoice, right?

Just remember to say you don't wanna pay for something you haven't received/or that was sent to you by a mistake.
I doubt they'd want it back after it's been opened and used though *hint* ;)

Agreed, I would deny everything, I'd say, I ordered one and recieved one and it's a mistake on thier part, as soon as it crosses your door step it's technically yours, I think:bugeye:

What exactly do you mean by Europe? Mainland? Germany, France, BeNeLux? Eastern Europe?
Alternate is pretty good. Germany based, but they have an English site as well and they'll practically ship everywhere in Europe.

Not the cheapest, but usually competitive and very good.

This is a dumb question but what is this step-up program you get with eVGA products?

Well, I live in Denmark, but usually most places ship over all of Europe, just not overseas like US to Denmark.

Does Play.com only ship to the USA?

I bet it's probably someone works at eVGA saw this thread and informed the management, you should've just kept your mouth shut, and act like nothing has happened.

Wow too bad for you...you should learn by now that if you get any thing more than what you sent in just keep it and shut up about it. Just like when you found any money out in a parking lot you don't go in the store or office and tell them you found money...Hell no not me...lol

About one year ago i bought a 250€ Logitech G25 Wheel on a online store, that i received a few days later, one week after i received another, for free. Kept it for one month in case they request it back, no word from them. So i sold it to a friend. In the end i got a G25 almost free.

I have no problem doing that to a big company, they might not even notice it.
If they notice it, it might be a system glitch, if it is human error I'm sure most companies won't charge an employer for that and if they do its deserved for being incompetent :)
And most people that say they would return it are just jealous :)

back 3-4 years ago, a good friend got a BFG FX5950Ultra from NewEgg, for like $549.99 or some thing, any way like the guy above said he got a 2nd one a few days later, he told me about it.
I ended up buying it for $200.00 and a old SB live card.

I dont know if they ever found out or if he was charged for it later or not(he ended up changing jobs, we worked together), but was good deal for me.
