I am using mx518 right now, and it works well for a year now. I would like to install Windows 8, but I didnt see mx518 is supported. I know its plug and play, but I would like to configure extra buttons to play few games. Does anybody have any experience with such combination, and possibly a solution?

This driver doesnt work for MX518. I ended installing Setpoint 6.32 with Windows 7 compatibility. Now everything works as intended.

ahh, the MX-518!! I used this as a gaming mouse for YEARS and it continues to serve me well at work every day for digital art :infinity: Its truly a legendary mouse and one of the best (if not the best) Logitech has ever made. Millions swore by it for gaming.

I use one at home and one at work, I was bit scared when I saw that its not supported in Windows 8. I'm relieved now as it works:)
