yep...damn...just figured out myself too First day in the sequence starts on Tuesday /Oh damn....Friday //I had the right idea at least //Congrats
You can start the week on any day except Saturday or Sunday. If you start the week on Sat or Sun, you lose the 3 days of consecutive closings. That was what kept throwing me, I wanted to start the week on sunday.
Well, I thought Tuesday worked, but that had them all open on Friday AND Monday so the bank would not be open on two consecutive days (which doesn't work). I didn't catch it at first when I was reviewing it. I didn't try Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday, but was on my way until you posted...as well as Andres. *tips hat to NC Outer Banks...
East of RTP, but west of the Outer Banks I have a beach cottage on the banks though /would rather not hijack thread //pm me if you like
NP I like puzzles anyway, and I usually get the answer in a short amount of time. However, that one was a real challenge. I'll have to remember that one. :nerd:
Of course I do How about one that should be perfect for you guys? John's Ideal Woman John's ideal woman is blonde, blue-eyed, slender and tall. He knows four women: Adele, Betty, Carol and Doris. Only one of the four women has all four characteristics that John requires. Only three of the women are both blue-eyed and slender. Only two of the women are both blonde and tall. Only two of the women are both slender and tall. Only one of the women is both blue-eyed and blonde. Adele and Betty have the same color eyes. Betty and Carol have the same color hair. Carol and Doris are NOT both slender. Doris and Adele are the same height. Which one of the women satisfies all of John's requirements? Have fun! -- Phew, finally solved this one myself! I think..! It's a whooole lot of trial and error, guys!!
lol I actually worked out that puzzle before anyone (see here) but I was texting replies on my phone so I couldn't post a picture. I'm not even going near that new puzzle, these puzzles are evil. Though the answer is all of them, John isn't picky.
