by the way my 8800 gt oc ran great on K9AG Neo2 digital which is an ATI board wirh AMD 690v chipset as well as the K9N SLI Platinum board which is Nvidia 570 board so id say this 8800 card is very robust and will work almost anywhere.

I saw some ppl run p5n32e-sli with 2x8800gt succesfully. can i know you guys running on xp or vista?

    My spec:
asus p5n32e-sli, 1205 bios, 15.08 chipset driver from nvidia
    intel core 2 duo e6550 2300mhz@2800mhz
    4x1g corsair xms ddr2-800
    2x8800gt 512mb, forreware 169.25 and 169.28
    LG dvd writer
    onboard sound card (soundmax)
gigabyte odin pro 800w (certified for sli)
    seagate 200gb sata 2 hdd
vista home premium 32bit (updated patch from microsoft)

this rig was setup first on xp pro. it ran flawlessly. I have played hellgate up to level 14.
so i decided to get a copy of vista home to take advantage of dx10 features. I could only ran sli on single gpu mode which 1 8800gt at a time. when i forced to split or afr, it crashed instantly. vista told me that it had succesfully recovered from the display driver.
i launched the gpu-z utility to detect my setup, it showed me sli was disabled where it was enabled in the nvidia control panel.
    can someone enlighted me?

    thanks

Hi, I want to buy an 8800GT but I can't find anyone that has this card with my motherboard.

I have an MSI K8NGM2-FID motherboard with an nforce 430 chip. I think this chip is based on an nforce 4. Does anyone have any idea if it'll work with my motherboard?
