I'm glad this got rejected, Lohan does not own the copyright to trashy looking white girls.

As previously mentioned it's not like this is like TLOU and the character is/was a 1:1 copy of Ellen Page, and i don't think she actually every sued, think she just publicly stated she was annoyed they attempted to do it.

Pretty much. However, she got the opposite by going to court. She lost tons of it.

I'm pretty sure that Rockstar artists, when they drew the girl, they didn't have that porn star in mind. The likeness is just a coincidence.

 

Like I've said before ......until the loser is forced to pay....this s*** will continue!

 

This always makes me laugh. The number of 12 year old Ellen Page clones I see on a daily basis tells me that her looks are generic enough that anyone could have a shot at the lawsuit. My niece could dye her hair and be a spitting image of Ellie, right down to her dress, voice, and mannerism of talking. She even has the eyebrow scar to boot!

 

I always thought she (the GTA cover girl) was based of Kate upton to be honest.. She would actually have a case

Lindsay Lohan is far from being a porn star....lol She did a shoot for Playboy. That's the closest she's ever gotten to porn. These days, she's not really a "star" of any type....
