will this one have the same panel as all the other new 4K monitors that are coming out at the moment.
ASUS, AOC, Lenovo, Samsung... all of their 28" 2160p screens use the same Chimei TN panel. It's simply a matter of picking whose chassis you like more. There's probably a couple other manufacturers jumping on it as well, so it's a safe bet that anything you see between now and the end of the year which mentions both 28" and 4K is probably one of these same panels. It won't be until screens start showing up with AUO's 27" AHVA 2160p panel (already in production) that you start seeing something different. Unfortunately I haven't heard of anything which actually uses those yet.
Maybe because they have just start the productions, anyway, all this new " so called TN" panels ( who is not really the TN panels peoples imagines ), use the SST scalers instead of the MST scalers ... in addition the 10bits pixels ( well not important if you use an Nvidia gpu who dont support it anyway) offer some good additions in color and contrast accuracy...
