    I am Having a way old driver on my Dell Inspiron N5010 Laptop which is provided by Dell... :bang: (8.742)

    Tired of using that driver because it causing low fps issues in games on very low settings.. The generic driver from AMD reduces my Battery backup to only 1 Hr (when not plugged in,Battery Health Good and New).

    It detects it as Mobility Radeon HD 4650.. I want my battery backup as well as good performance.. I always play games when i am plugged in the charger but watch movies on battery.

    I Tried editing the .inf file and replacing the 4650 ids with my graphics cards ids... Installed some how 13.9 legacy driver..but it is unstable... again same issue persist..and there is no option for Video settings in CCC which is present in my old driver... No Edge Enhancement,No De-noise...
    I am Newbie in messing with graphics driver please provide me appropriate driver...

    PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_9480&SUBSYS_04471028
    PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_9480&CC_030000
    PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_9480&CC_0300

    Note-- I asked this question many times but no one replied... :(

    Did you try the support site of your notebook's manufacturer?

    They are providing me the same driver i installed previously (display driver version 8.742)... Catalyst 9.10 i think... Which is quite old.... So tried installing new generic legacy driver...

    This may or may not help;
    It looks like you would definitely need a legacy driver and not one of the newer ones.

    The latest one that works for me is 13.4 even with my card. 13.9 does not install correctly because it is made for at least the second generation APU's and mine is 1st generation Llano.

    Most of the links, if not all, provided on that guru3D page do not work either. The ones for 13.1 definitely don't.

    This may be the newest driver you can use. It looks like the 10.5 one

    The older driver may actually be better than a new one since those older cards were already optimized as much as they could be and the newer drivers provide no benefits at all.

    I just found this and it might work. It's the 13.4 driver and it says it's for your card.
