Try installing the Uplay client and get the game from there instead of your web browser,that's how i claimed the game.
You will need to create a Uplay acount if you don't already have one.

Is not longer avalaible right? cause due to geography location i cannot process checkout, but in uplay client, it cost 6$ i cannot claim via uplay client.

But after the deal Epic Games pulled off with Koch Media/DeepSliver for exclusivity for Metro Exodus just a couple of weeks before the games launch,I don't think i will be grabbing anymore freebies from their store.
Especially after being available for preorder on steam since August.

 

Add as many free games to your Epic account as you can, when you have enough sell the account and buy a steam game with the money
