What's the latest NVIDIA driver which has Flat Panel Scaling working in XP? Every 175 and 174.74 driver I've tried so adds black borders at the top and bottom of the screen when I turn on NVIDIA scaling with fixed aspect ratio, which is in the OPPOSITE direction of getting to the correct aspect ratio.
