    just use nvflash with the unmodded bios.

    ok i done that and it still boosts to 1.21v

    :? i have checked bios file and it says it has a fan speed cap at 85% and its 1.7v but it just dosent change it ;?

    ok i basically want it back at 1.175v stock what in the cfg file do i need to change would be nice to keep the fans unlocked

    # Fan settings
    Fan_Min = 30
    Fan_Max = 100

    # Board power settings
    Max_Power_Target = 150

    # WARNNING:
    # The following are valid voltages. I suggest you
    # use these values rather than coming up with your
    # own. 1212500 is the max and it is normally hard limited.
    # If you go over the max and your board is hard limited
    # you may actually get a much lower voltage than you
    # expect.
    #
    # Voltage = 1212500
    # Voltage = 1200000
    Voltage = 1187500
    # Voltage = 1175000
    # Voltage = 1162500
    # Voltage = 1150000

    I've not used the latest version that lets you tweak things, maybe Crazy will show up -the creator of the bios program, or perhaps it's best to join the extremeforums where the program was first posted. (link in OP)

    My results after unlock posted on first page were hindered with the toothpaste that was being used as thermal paste on my gpu's core, my true unlock score is the following but i'm not gonna update OP or make a fuss, tbh a gpu bios unlock and a TIM change go hand in hand, but anyways here's the real unlock score, basically my gpu fully unlocked with a tim change :p
    [IMG] [IMG]

    ^^1000 graphics points gained after unlock. ................^^.......locked card with toothpaste
    edit: my cpu was probably at 4.8 to get that score with the locked gpu.

    I done some testing and +549 suits my card well, it's possible that OCing your vram will help stable your core OC somewhat too, well that's how it seems.

    on stock voltages i reach 1300mhz on clock mem i have raised it to 400mhz and it seems ok might give it a little boost and see if i get a better overclock :D

    Hitman is a good game to test gaming performance, it has a quality benchy too. Just sayin' :D

    Ok, so get this. I played about with my rig last night and remounted my H80 which was in fact badly mounted. Temps are great now 30-40c under load.

    I moved my PCIe wireless card to another lane and now my 680 has an exclusive lane. So I'm now running it on PCIe 2.0 x16. :)

    I also noticed that the 680 classified still retained the 3-way switchable bios. So I put it on the OC bios. (According to EVGA's product manager, these are actually 3 independent bios, so I can flash any of my choosing and if one bricks I have a back up bios.)

    Now I can OC up to 1293Mhz on the GPU (+105 offset) and Mem is running at 3329Mhz (+325 offset). This seems stable and endured a full run on 3D Mark11 but I have yet to test Heaven 3.0 and then leave it running for a couple of hours. During 3D Mark11 the GPU temp does not go over 50c.

    Could it be that PCIe was in fact bottlenecking and not letting me go further? I did have a hunch that my mobo was not letting me OC it further. At least this is very encouraging :D

    Will get you back to stock. On a GK104 it will go up to 1.175 on boost.

    Happy New Year everyone :)

    have you just flashed for first time this card?

    @Crazy

    When my GPU OC fails, in afterburner the power% spikes to over 200%. anything i can do to take care of this so i can get a better OC? Or perhaps this is my max OC? (using 1.21volts).

    I'll have to try this after I get my Arctic Cooling heatsinks... when I tried more voltage my GPU very quickly hit 70C and started downclocking. I already tried replacing the TIM, but it made little difference.

    I remember us having a similar conversation. I flashed mine from day 1 of available unlocked bios. ;)

    Below is my list of bios that I tried. And some more than twice. I would give a rough estimate of 50-60 flashes. :D
